Refractions
A refraction is an examination that is performed to measure your glasses prescription. Just like your primary care doctor likes to record your blood pressure, we like to record your refraction. Besides correcting your visual acuity, it is a useful and necessary measurement if you are thinking about having cataract surgery. If you have or Medicare and Medicare products, they do not cover this service and you may be asked to pay a $30.00 charge.
